Processing hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST. All orders submitted on a
weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day. Shipments are F.O.B. our warehouses. Please contact service@snapandview.com for more

How to calculate your order's arrival date:
Order Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
The shipping method you choose determines your order's arrival date.
STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING TIME
Warehouse usually ships 1-4 business days +
2-6 business days transit time =
3-10 business days for delivery
PREMIUM SHIPPING TIME
Warehouse usually ships 1-2 business days +
1-2 business days transit time =
2-4 business days for delivery
Note: Order processing time includes credit verification and time to pick and
pack your order. If the merchandise is in stock, your order should leave our
warehouse in 1-4 days. If the merchandise is on backorder it may take
additional time.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Shipping restrictions are as follows:
WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS OF THE PURCHASER, PLEASE NO FORWARDING ADDRESSES
Our products are shipped from various warehouses throughout the US. So, if your ordered more than one item you may recieve two or more seperate shipments. The shipping carrier may vary depending on which warehouse your order originated from.
Special and oversize items can be delivered to the Continental U.S. only.
Special and oversize deliveries are shipped Standard ground service only.
No P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
At this time we do not ship product or take orders outside of the US
BACKORDERS
All orders not in stock at time of order will be placed on back order unless
purchase order specifies otherwise. You will be notified by email or view your order staus on our site with your order#. Backorders will automatically be filled as
the product becomes available. You will be notified only if your backorder has
been outstanding for more than (2) weeks.
DAMAGES
Snapandview's DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product
may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit,
follow these instructions:
- Note any damages on the
receipt.
- Refuse the shipment (if
possible) so that it is returned to Snapandview for freight claim
processing. For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note
damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible. If damaged item is
accepted via UPS/Fed Ex Ground, contact Snapandview for freight claim; if
via truck/LTL, the receiver is responsible to place the claim with the
carrier within 10 calendar days of receipt. Damage claims are the
responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons, packing and content
should be retained in the same condition as received.
DISCREPANCIES
Upon receipt of merchandise, you have three (3) business days to fax or use any
other overnight method to reply in writing as to any discrepancies.
REFUSED ORDERS
Customers will be responsible for a 20% Returns Processing Charge for refused
orders in addition to all freight charges. You will be notifed when these charges will be applied to your credit card. No future orders will be shipped
without good reason.
LOST SHIPMENTS
Track your shipment online at snapandview.com. If it has been lost, please
contact us at service@snapandview.com.
RETURNS & RA REQUEST
Snapandview accepts returns. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply notify us WITHIN 15 DAYS
from date of receipt of purchase to receive a full refund, minus a handling and
transactions fee of 20%. After 15 days, there are no returns for refund
accepted. You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any
merchandise to Snapandview. Email us for
your RA number at service@snapandview.com
. Please include
the following information:
- Customer Name
- Invoice Number
- Model Number
- Serial Number
- Outline of the problem.
Usually refund process takes 15 days after confirmation of goods returned.
Be sure to read our Return Policies in order not to incur any
additional charges.
RETURN POLICIES
- DOA/defective products are
returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from
this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective product must be in
original factory carton with all original packing materials
- All miscellaneous materials
such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials
are missing, you will be billed accordingly.
- The Return Authorization
number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE
ON THE CARTON.
- Returns must be shipped
freight prepaid. Products received without an RA number, freight collect,
not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria,
will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers
are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the
expiration date will be refused.
- If the product is found to be
non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be
billed to your account.
- Snapandview credits based on
purchase price.
- ANY DEVIATION FROM RETURN
POLICIES WILL RESULT IN THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO YOU WITH NO CREDIT
ISSUED.
WARRANTIES - In General
Product's warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Snapandview administers
the individual manufacturer warranty, which may include returning defective
products to Snapandview, sending products to a factory authorized repair center,
or factory direct returns. Snapandview must abide by the return policies
dictated by our manufacturers.
Your use (accessing, browsing, buying, etc.) of this site is
your legal agreement to the policies, terms and conditions below. You also
agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including exports and
re-exports control regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use
this site.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STORE OWNERS, ITS PARENT,
SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,
EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH
OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY
PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND
EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS
APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT
